We've grown alongside this trend, expanding our growers, acreage, and assortment to now offer over 100 organic products. Our top 10 includes chicory, cauliflower, blueberries, oyster mushrooms, leeks, pumpkins, apples, and parsnips.

The eggplant, a fruit vegetable available from March to October, thrives at a storage temperature of 15°C.
